The Reality of Postpartum
The first few weeks after birth are a whirlwind. Between sleepless nights and physical recovery, the question "What’s for dinner?" shouldn’t be a source of stress.
Proper nutrition is the backbone of your recovery. Whether you are looking to replenish your iron levels, support your milk supply, or simply find the energy to get through the day, I’m here to make sure you are fed, held, and happy.

Why a Postpartum Chef?
As a specialized chef, I don't just "cook." I understand the physiological needs of a new mother. My menus prioritize:
Warming Foods: To support digestion and circulation.
Iron & Minerals: To replenish what was lost during birth.
Galactagogues: Natural ingredients to gently support your breastfeeding journey.
Zero Stress: I handle the shopping, the cooking, and—most importantly—the dishes.
