  • Investment: $275 Service Fee + Groceries (Average grocery cost ranges from $125-200 depending on menu selections.)

Option 2: Weekly Meal Prep

Perfect for: Immediate Postpartum and Recovery (weeks 1-12+ postpartum)

Fresh, seasonal support prepared weekly in your own kitchen. This is the ultimate "village" support.

  • The 2/2/2 Structure: 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, and 2 Dinners (plus optional add ons, see below)

    • 2 Breakfasts (e.g., 4 or 8 total servings each)

    • 2 Lunches (e.g., 4 or 8 total servings each)

    • 2 Dinners (e.g., 4 or 8 total servings each)

  • Seasonal, Tailored Menu: Based on what’s in season and what your body needs most at each stage of recovery.

  • Add-on Options: Fresh broths, lactation cookies, and restorative teas.

  • Investment: Service fee starting at $275/week + Groceries (Average grocery cost ranges from $125-200 depending on menu selections.)

  • Return Client Discount: Clients booking more than one week receive a 5% service fee discount on consecutive weeks.

How It Works

1. Free Consultation: We’ll discuss your due date, dietary needs, and recovery goals.

2. Menu: With your needs, wants, and preferences in mind, I will create a menu for you of some items you will love! Depending on the package you book, there will be different choices to make, but the focus of all meals is seasonality and nutrient-density, tailored for postpartum healing.

3. The Cook Day: I grocery shop for the freshest ingredients, arrive at your home, set up, and prepare your meals.

4. Result: Your fridge (or freezer) is stocked with labeled, easy-to-reheat meals, and your kitchen is left sparkling clean.
